Let’s talk about #filters for a minute. No, we’re not talking about Instagram or Snapchat filters. The filters we’re talking about not only make you look good in front of your customers (figuratively speaking, of course) but they also keep your chat transcripts PG and your customers’ personal information safe and sound.

BAD WORD FILTERS

Some things are better left unsaid. We’re all human though, and sometimes things slip. Fortunately, ChatBeacon offers bad word filters to keep everyone’s innocence in tact.

In a perfect world, all of your customers are happy and interact with the kindest of pleasantries.

Perfection, however, doesn’t exist. In the event that you have the occasional disgruntled customer with a more “colorful” vocabulary than you’d prefer, ChatBeacon automatically edits any obscenities out of the conversation. It’s f****** amazing and comes standard with all subscriptions!

SECURITY FILTERS

Here at ChatBeacon, we take security extremely seriously, and we understand that you do too. Submitting personal information over the internet is often necessary, but can be very risky. That’s where our security filters come in.

If your customers type in any sort of personal or financial information, for example, a Social Security number, it can automatically be masked to read XXX-XX-XXXX or “Masked SSN Number” in databases, chat transcripts, or even to the operator. We offer filters that block any type of information such as phone numbers, credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, insurance policy numbers, email addresses, and more. Secrets are always safe with us!
